Escapology, on the other hand, is a branch of magic which particularly deals with the illusionist escaping from confinement or constraints. Finally, there is close up or street magic, which involves the magician going from one place to another and performing all sorts of tricks in front of an audience. The term is also used to refer to magicians that perform their magic acts to entertain passersby.
